- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I had a pacemaker/defib installed 8/27/10 by doctor S. Rao. I have seen Dr. Rao only one time since then,(the day I was discharged from the hospital). I have been checked one time by the Medtronics tech. I had to leave town 2 weeks after surgery because of a medical emergency,(a sister in law). Dr Rao was suposed to have ordered a remote testing device for me to check myself. As of this past Thursday,(9/30/10), it had not been ordered. I am at a loss to understand why?
