  I contacted Dr Torres' Office on 4/12/17 after a friend recommended her. She told me Dr Torres is excepting new patients but expect the receptionist to be very rude. I contacted the office, gave all my personal information (I simply needed an Epi-pen) and was told that the doctor would review it and call me back with an appointment. Two weeks later, I still had not heard from the doctor. So, I called Dr Torres' office again. I mentioned that I was still waiting to hear back regarding an appointmemt. The receptionist said that she called me, but she lied. Patiently I waited again. On 5/15/17 I called again for an appointment. The receptionist asked my name, then put me on hold. When she came back she told me that Dr. Torres said she would NOT be giving me an appointment. I was puzzled and asked why not. She said that she didn't have to give an explaination. I've waited a month to get an Epi-pen prescription? Lady, just admit you intentionally overlooked my request a month ago ..or did the sound of my voice influence your receptionist to persuade you to decline my appointment? Two thumbs down for Dr Torres MDon't
