- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪I have Allstate Insurance with a different office. I went into the Titusville office to make a payment, but was told it was impossible. They couldn't do it. They were very rude and need a lesson in customer service. I went to another Allstate office and they processed my payment for me in under a minute. I was seriously considering transferring my business to the Titusville office where I live.
